Cherry Ice Cream

A simple no churn cherry ice cream, while its definitely not going on the clean living list it is quick and easy to make - once you have pitted the cherries that is!
250ml Double Cream 
120ml Condensed Milk 
200g Cherries 
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 

Pit the cherries and blend until almost smooth
Whip the cream until sits in soft peaks
 Add the condensed milk & mix for another minute or so
Then add almost all the whipped cream to the cherries and mix lightly to combine
Add the remaining cream and swirl to make a marbled effect

Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours but ideally overnight

Take out of the freezer at least 10 minutes before serving for maximum creamyness and scoopability!
